Before you use the service, you are requested to clarify any doubts that you may have regarding the ambulance tariff when using the paid service. (Click here to know

Payment shall be accepted only in cash.

If you decide to cancel the ambulance service once the service is at your door step you will have to pay 50% of the tariff.

The owner or an attendant (hired by the owner) is recommended to accompany the pet(s) always.

While transporting the pet(s) with/without an owner or attendant, we take all necessary steps to transport your pet(s) safely. However due to any unforeseen incident, we will not be held responsible for injury or loss of your pet during transportation.

The ambulance is designed to provide space and comfort when transporting the pets. We reserve the rights to decide the numbers of pet(s) that can be transported at any given time. While deciding the number, we give high importance to the comfort and safety of the pets. Please don’t request to have many pet(s) transported at the same time. Example: Request to transport more than 2 dogs (full-grown) at a time.

The owner needs to take necessary steps, based on the pet(s) personality, to ensure the pet does not tear apart the interior facility of the ambulance. If the pet(s) damages the interior facility of the ambulance, the owners will have the bear the cost of repair. (We recommend the owner to use a muzzle if the personality of the pet is known to be aggressive.)
